Ashton is a TPI Golf Level 3 Certified Instructor and loves helping students understand how the body is designed to move, and how proper movement patterns support an efficient and powerful swing. Once the foundation is in place, we can determine what match-ups best suit the player’s physical anatomy and ball-flight preferences. He is a short-game specialist and has great success in helping players develop confidence and finesse on and around the greens. Additionally, Ashton is a self-proclaimed “Equipment Junkie”, and has a passion for helping golfers understand how their equipment can be a help or a hindrance in their quest to improve their game.
He loves to invest in the lives of his students physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, and believes that the player-coach relationship is more than a transaction. His goal as a coach is not simply to help players shoot better scores, but to be a positive influence in their lives. As a follower of Jesus Christ, Ashton seeks to honor and glorify the Lord in everything he does — showing respect and kindness to everyone he comes in contact with.
